Install Solar Power and earn up to £1400* per year
with savings of upto £250* per year
Saving Energy UK are working to help local residents benefit from renewable energy electricity generation:

Saving Energy UK will survey, design, install and commission bespoke solar PV systems using our own fully trained staff. We will design the system to your budget whilst maximising your roof space to provide you with your maximum rate of return on your investment.
How do solar panels work?
- Solar panels are fitted to your roof and convert daylight into electricity which you can then use in your home, saving you money on your energy bills.
- Also under the government’s clean energy cashback scheme (the Feed in Tariff), you will also earn an income from the electricity generated by your panels over a guaranteed 25 year period. In addition to this, any surplus energy you do not use, you can sell back to the grid.
What is the government’s “Feed-In-Tariff”?
The government have created a financial incentive for renewable electricity generation called the feed-in-tariff. The tariff provides the homeowner with three major incentives:
- A generation tariff payment of 21p for every unit of electricity that your system generates.
- An additional 3.3p for every unit of electricity that you do not use but export to the national grid.
- A saving against the electricity that you will not be purchasing from the national grid. (Savings dependent on your unit cost)
- The payments are tax-free on domestic installations and are guaranteed for 25 years.
How the investment works?

Is your home suitable?
The key elements to getting maximum benefit from the scheme are:
- To have at good amount of roof space within 90 degrees of facing due South and ideally receive direct sunlight for most of the day.
- To have as little shading on your roof as possible.
- Most homes do not need planning consent if not in a conservation area or a listed building, but this would need to be checked with the local planning department prior to installation.
- Saving Energy are able to design a system to fit your budget and ensure that you reap the benefits of the savings and feed in tariff income generated.
