  2. Contractor approval is renewed yearly, hence BBA carry out a yearly quality check. Should you not obtain approval for the following year a contractor cannot then remain a member of CIGA.( please see below)

  2. The Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency was established in consultation with the Government’s Energy, Environment and Waste Directorate (a division of DETR) to provide householders with an independent, uniform and dependable guarantee covering defects in materials and workmanship.
