Saving Energy Ltd. have recently been commissioned by the National Association of Alms Houses.
As a registered BBA installer & a member of CIGA, Saving Energy Ltd. have secured a vast amount of funding, which means they are able to offer a totally stress free service which will enable the relevant properties to have energy saving insulation installed.
Saving Energy Ltd. arrange all the surveys and submit a report on the insulation requirements. The work is normally carried out in a 4 week period and once completed If the occupiers have cavity wall insulation, they will receive a 25 year guarantee from CIGA within 6-8 weeks. Saving Energy Ltd. apply & Pay for the certificate.
Saving Energy Ltd. are approved installers under BBA. Approval is renewed yearly, hence BBA carry out a yearly quality check. Should a company not obtain approval for the following year, they cannot then remain a member of CIGA.
As a member of CIGA, this entitles a person to receive a 25yr guarantee for cavity wall work carried out by Saving Energy Ltd.
Managed agent INSTA carries out quality checks on 20% of the work we carry out. Saving Energy Ltd. also has an in-house TMO; Technical Monitoring Officer who also quality checks at least 20% of all work carried out.
In-house skilled labour so any remedial work can be carried out within 24hours.

- In cases where a loft needs clearing & the tenant isn’t able to clear it themselves Saving Energy Ltd. will provide a service to do this at labour cost only.
When an approved installation company requests funding many things are taken into consideration when deciding how much they will receive.

As stated previously, Saving Energy Ltd. has a general policy that within a 4 week period the survey & work will be carried out. Many companies operate a minimum 3-6 months turn around. We have Full Public Liability of £10 million and Full Health & Safety procedures ( Director Mr G Coulson- Grad IOSH M IIRSM).
